Customer Services

  • Retail Showroom -Our New Jersey office has more than 3100 square feet of showroom space dedicated to a variety of products and manufacturers.
  • Reimbursement Assistance - We accept direct payment for the medical equipment and supplies you need.
  • Patient Instruction and Training - Our trained professional staff insures that each patient is fully educated on the use and operation of their equipment. Instruction is given in the comfort and convenience of the patient's home.
  • Home Accessibility Assessments - We offer free in-home environmental accessibility assessments. Our certified staff members will evaluate the home environment and recommend modifications or equipment to facilitate optimal accessibility.
  • Service Department - We service all products we sell and, in some cases, can offer loaner equipment while repairs are completed.
  • Delivery Service - In most cases we offer free delivery, setup and patient instruction.
  • Consultations - Our staff professionals will meet, as required, with referral personnel or with patient and family to solve any matter involving home care services.
  • Delivery: We deliver within a 25 mile radius from our two locations. We also offer drop shipments from our manufacturers for distances outside our delivery area.

We provide repair services for all equipment we sell. We provide, when feasible, free loaner equipment while client's equipment is in service. We work with your physician to see that you receive the best equipment for your medical condition.
